Simon Gault's Euro was transformed into a gastronomic tour through the ages, a complete sensory experience, with entertainment by the Sweet Mix Kids, delicious cocktails from Bombay Sapphire, the new Rosé from Wither Hills and a theatrical moving feast. Gault's creative genius was on show at Outlandish, with molecular creations, bite-sized delicacies and even a Stella Artois cave where you could enjoy suckling pork with an ice cold beer.
