In celebration of Ben & Jerry's chunkiest flavour yet the American ice-cream giant is scooping up free ice-cream for all to enjoy.

New York Super Fudge Chunk is the latest Ben & Jerry's flavour to fulfil every ice-cream lover's cravings.

Packed with white and dark fudge chunks, pecans, walnuts and fudge-covered almonds in chocolate ice-cream, the new offering is expected to be a favourite connoisseurs of the creamy goodness.

Aucklanders have the chance to taste the treat during three days with free scoops available from the Gundry Street Carpark on Karangahape Road in the city centre.

Thursday 10 November: 2pm-6pm
Friday, 11 November: Noon-4pm
Saturday, 12 November: Noon-6pm

Ben & Jerry's is the creation of Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield. The pair set up their first store in the US in an old petrol station in Burlington, Vermont, in 1978.
