Bella Hadid took a painful tumble on Wednesday.
The 19-year-old budding fashion model landed on all fours on the Michael Kors runway during New York Fashion Week thanks to her six-inch black platform heels.
Also on the catwalk were Kendall Jenner, Joan Smalls and Romee Strijd, all of whom managed to stay upright. In the audience were Emily Blunt and Sienna Miller.
The younger sister of superstar Gigi Hadid was modeling a black sequined below-the-knee dress with sheer ruffles on the arms and sides.
A wide belt showed off a tiny waistline.
And her shoes spoke volumes, not only because they led to her embarrassing fall but also because they had a dramatic 1990s retro look with a wide ankle strap and high platform lift.
The star took to Instagram after the show to post video of her strutting just before she fell.
Bella's note read: "Thank you so much for having me in the show @michaelkors @johndavidpfeiffer." She added a heart and rose. She then wrote: "Seconds before" and added a laughing face and monkey emoticon.
She later shared a picture on Snapchat of her grazed heel.

Hadid is one of the newer faces in the modeling world. She has only been a pro for about a year after devoting much of her time to being an equestrian.
However, the brunette slowed down her athletic career when she was diagnosed with Lyme disease.
Her mother Yolanda Foster of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills fame also has Lyme disease, something she has documented at length on Instagram.
It is not known if Bella's battle with the disease contributed to her fall. One of the symptoms of Lyme disease is fatigue.
But she has complained of the pain associated with the disease on her social media accounts, noting some days are worse than others.
There has been a tradition of models falling on the runway.
When Naomi Campbell slipped in her sky-high heels while on the catwalk for Vivienne Westwood in Paris in 1993, it made headlines around the world.
Naomi seemed to be a good sport about it however, laughing after the incident.
The mishap made her even more famous, branding her a wild child of high-end fashion modeling.
Last year, Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel fell on her hands while walking for Givenchy SS16 at New York Fashion Week.
