The humble Kiwi jandal, known as flip flops to the rest of the world, could be the hippest thing to flash on your feet this spring.
Jandals aren't usually de rigueur on the catwalk or in the front row when it comes to high fashion.
But a few male models have strutted down the runway sporting flip flops during Berlin Fashion Week.

A number of front row female attendees also went for a flip flop look.
"Adilettes (Adidas flip-flops) are very fashionable at the moment," top model Eva Padberg says.
"Not just on the catwalks but also in street fashion."
Kilian Kerner has designed thongs with colourful rhinestones, while Swiss designer Julian Zigerli has added flip-flops to his men's collection.
"Thongs (Jandals) are quite presentable, whether with shorts or with long trousers," Kerner says.
"In the summer they keep you cool.
"Feet love wearing them on hot days."
