Serves 8
• 200g of Edam cheese, grated
• 200g of crumbled feta
• 250g of cottage cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp grated nutmeg
• ground pepper
• ¼ cup of milk
• 1 tbsp of flour
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

2. Line an oiled baking dish with a layer of flaky pastry (I used a sheet of frozen puff pastry).
3. Top with the cheese mix and cover with another sheet of pastry.
4. Brush the top with oil and prick with a fork.
5. Bake at 180C for around 20 mins until the pastry has coloured .
Serve hot or cold.
