Olivia Wilde concedes she exercises to feel sexy but believes there is more to a person than just looking hot.

Admitting to working out twice a day when preparing for a movie in order to look and feel her best, she believes there is a dual purpose because keeping fit boosts her wellbeing.

"Definitely!" she told German magazine OK! when asked if she trains a lot for her roles.

"I get very nervous and head to the gym twice a day just to look sexy.

"I'm no fanatic but I just feel better when I'm in shape."

This confidence, however, adds to the values taught by her family that she should always be comfortable in her own skin.

"I owe that to my parents," she said. "They taught me that it's not about the looks but about the inner values like intelligence and confidence."
