Glen Fisiiahi is set for his first NRL appearance in more than 15 months against the Sea Eagles at Mt Smart Stadium on Saturday.
The 24-year-old speedster's 2014 season ended with a shoulder injury against Cronulla in April last year, a week after he had scored four tries in the victory over Wests Tigers.
Fisiiahi made a try-scoring return after surgery in the Warriors' New South Wales Cup side against Penrith in mid-April this year only to have his comeback disrupted by a knee complaint in his next outing.
Since recovering from that setback Fisiiahi has scored four tries in three winning appearances for the club's table-topping New South Wales Cup side to earn his recall.
David Fusitua will not play after picking up a knee injury in the Warriors' 24-0 defeat to the Roosters on Sunday.
He joins the growing list of players on the treatment table as coach Andrew McFadden confirmed that Manu Vatuvei and Ryan Hoffman remain out of contention.
Chad Townsend missed training with a groin injury that he's been nursing in recent weeks but he's expected to be fit for Saturday.
Konrad Hurrell will again be absent after he was charged with a grade one striking offence in the New South Wales Cup last weekend.
It was Hurrell's first game since sustaining a shoulder injury in training a few weeks ago but he should be available to feature again for the Warriors in the NRL after he serves a one match suspension.
It's been just over a month since Sam Tomkins returned from his knee injury and he said the Warriors are looking forward to welcoming back their injured men.
"They'll give us a big boost but the boys that have been in their place have done a really good job though," said Tomkins. "There's no doubt about that. We've got some strength in those positions so we've been lucky that people can step in and do the job that we need."
Manly coach Geoff Toovey has named Daly Cherry-Evans in his side despite the star aggravating a left shoulder injury in the Sea Eagles' loss to North Queensland on Monday night.
Cherry-Evans suffered the complication of an injury he has been carrying for a significant part of the season in an attempted first half tackle.
The $10 million halfback played on through pain until halftime but didn't take the field for the second half.
