Former Warrior Brett Seymour has been hospitalised after crashing his BMW car into two parked cars in the UK.

Super League team Hull FC confirmed the Australian halfback was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary after the accident in Yorkshire on Sunday night UK time.

"Medical examinations have revealed he suffered no serious injuries and he is expected to be discharged on Monday afternoon (local time)," a Hull spokesman said in a statement.

"His family, close friends and club officials visited him in hospital on Monday morning."

Local media report Seymour's car overturned when he crashed into two parked vehicles in Hessle about 10.30pm on Sunday.

Seymour has been placed on leave from Hull FC with immediate effect.
