Her critics may have other opinions, but a Canadian woman has spoken out in defense of her well-rounded rear, saying it was all because of the hard work she put in following Instagram fitness star Kayla Itsines.
Liza Parker, from Ontario, is a dedicated follower of Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Guides, and posted before and after shots of her progress to her own Instagram account.
The impressive pics caught the attention of Kayla herself, who regrammed them to her five million followers.
However, other's weren't so convinced of Liza's success, and her critics on Instagram and Facebook were particularly suspicious of the fitness fan's "booty gains".
In the ensuing online storm, Liza denied allegations she had altered the images in Photoshop, or enhanced her body with surgery.
"I've posted many progress pictures over the past year, and to see that [Kayla] noticed mine made me feel great," she told Cosmopolitan magazine.
"I tried to accentuate my gains with my shorts and pose because I was proud," said the 29-year-old. "But it doesn't take away the fact that I have made gains."
According to Cosmopolitan magazine, Liza had eaten restrictively and exercised obsessively prior to starting the Kayla Itsines programme.
"But after three rounds of practicing Kayla's 12-week fitness program, increasing her weights each round, Parker got so excited about her physical progress - including booty gains - that she stopped weighing herself altogether" the magazine reported.
