F.A.W.C: Young chefs serve up fine treats

The past weekend brought more excuses for the region’s foodies to indulge as the Winter F.A.W.C! series of food and wine events continued. Hawke’s Bay Today photographers Duncan Brown and Paul Taylor were on hand to capture the action at EIT’s “Chefs of tomorrow” dinner — where aspiring culinary masters were put through their paces — and at Clearview Estate Winery’s Winemakers Midwinter Long Table Lunch.
