Shakespeare lives on in Taradale

Church Rd Winery hosted Shakespeare in the Park at the weekend, with crowds of Hawke's Bay folks once again indulging their propensity to dress up. In an environment of a medieval festival, including stalls, knights in shining armour and apple-bobbing (plus girls in gorgeous garb), mini-acts from The Compleat Works of William Shakespeare were performed by The New Zealand representatives of the Reduced Shakespeare Co.<br> 08 March, 2014.
