The louts who threw a brick through Dave Kerr's shop window better look out.
Kerr, owner of a sports goods store on Dannevirke's High St, is determined to find out who carried out a smash and grab raid on his shop early yesterday morning.
"I'll be livid if these people are local," he told the Dannevirke News.
"It's hard enough running a business. Even if I don't have people stealing, I've got the Government taking it off me in tax."
Just before 6am, a brick was thrown through the front of Dave's Sports 'n Outdoors and three people got away with between $10,000 and $15,000 of stock.
"They knew exactly what they were taking. They were specifically targeting product and got away with rugby jerseys, hunting jerseys and hunting bows," Mr Kerr said.
"I'm still trying to assess how much has been taken."
The store has been targeted before and Mr Kerr said there is CCTV camera footage of the robbery.
"They were wearing balaclavas and hoodies."
Mr Kerr said locals had called him when they heard the store alarm go off.
"And one person chased the burglars down the street too," he said.
"I will find out who was responsible for this."
Yesterday morning Mr Kerr was supposed to be at Manfeild in Feilding, setting up for the Central Districts Field Days instead of dealing with the robbery.
"Dannevirke police have been very good and were here when I arrived."
