Emergency services responded to a crash in Hastings this afternoon which left three people with injuries.
A fire service spokesman said crews from Hastings and Havelock North were called to the scene of the crash on Waimarama Rd.
A car with three occupants had rolled down a bank, he said.
A police spokeswoman said one person had been trapped in the car, and was believed to have moderate injuries.

The fire service had been called to help free the person, she said.
Two other people had minor to moderate injuries, and were examined by St John Ambulance staff.
