New World Dannevirke sports a bigger, brighter look with Foodstuffs (North Island) saying the refurbishment is now complete.
The store celebrated with a reopening yesterday morning and Foodstuffs (North Island) general manager property development Angela Bull says the company is delighted with the multi-million-dollar investment and the bigger, brighter store.
"This has been a significant investment in the Dannevirke community and there are a lot of great changes in store to provide our customers with more choice and a lighter, brighter atmosphere to do their weekly shop," she says.
"The store size has increased from 1680sqm to 2326sqm and was a full renovation."
Garry Hasler, owner-operator of New World Dannevirke, is thrilled with the result too.
"We're blown away with the final result and my wife, Bridget, and I would like to thank all our loyal customers for their support and patience during the project," he said.
"The result is well worth it. The fresh look and bigger store means a great shopping experience and with lots of variety and choice. We can't wait for our customers to come and see the finished product."
