2 cups dark chocolate
1 tsp orange extract
1 cup almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped
1 cup shredded coconut, toasted

In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate over very low heat. Stir in the orange extract. Cool slightly then add almonds and coconut. Stir to coat. Drop heaped tablespoons of mixture onto a paper-lined baking tray. Allow to cool in fridge. - Makes 12
