Yohji Yamamoto, men with moustaches and skirts
At Yohji Yamamoto, the floor of the runway is pink and black. Is this a hint of a mixed wardrobe? To the music of bagpipes, men are in skirts, wearing a moustache and whiskers. There's a lot of humour in this show, with jackets buttoned along the back coordinated with long skirts, straight or pleated. The pinafore is worn over trousers and resembles work wear. Knitwear is treated in an animal way, fake fur is placed over or underneath clothing.
