No matter what your shape or size, everybody has suffered from chafing - the painful burn that occurs between your thighs when you're out and about in the summer.
According to the Daily Mail it seems that as temperatures soar this week and men and women swelter in the heat, their thigh burn is worse than ever.
But the Twittersphere has come up with a simple solution for beating the chafe as people took to social media in their droves to share advice on how to put an end to the awkward summer occurrence.
Plenty of men and women took to the social media platform to moan about their heat-related chafing.
"Summer is fun but do u know what isn't? the thigh chafing that comes along with it," wrote one user.
She immediately received a flurry of responses from helpful users, who encouraged her to apply roll-on deodorant to the affected area.
"Deodorant saves my life when it's hot AF and wearing a dress...minimises chafing and lasts longer than lotion or cream," wrote one user.
"I used roll on stick deodorant today on my inner thighs and the chafing significantly reduced and it was great," added another.
