Welcome to 2015! No doubt you have made some New Year resolutions and, if you're anything like me, they'll include something about getting healthy.
Exercise can be as expensive as you make it. I am not a "gym person" so I choose to prance along the streets and fit in a Pilates session when I can. The same goes for your exercise attire, so I have options from the heavyweights Nike, adidas and New Balance, plus more budget-friendly options from Kmart.
January is the perfect time to commit to better living and, as important as what we do physically is how healthy we are on the inside. Go Healthy is a 100 per cent New Zealand owned and operated natural health company which strives to better the health and wellbeing of everyday Kiwis.
It also completed a charity campaign last year, donating more than $40,000 to Cure Kids, St John, SPCA, LIfe Flight and Plunket.
I asked Janeen Howard from Go Healthy NZ for her top five New Year resolution solutions. Check The Line Up for her suggestions, which include aids to getting a good night's sleep, curbing your sugar cravings, loving your gut, managing your stress and arming your immune system.
