Knightley showed her link to fashion label Chanel by wearing their design to the world premiere of her latest movie.
The soft tones of the lacy peach creation were fitting for the film's plot, which is adapted from Leo Tolstoy's epic Russian love story.
In the movie, Knightley plays the title lead role of Anna, while British actor Jude Law stars as her husband Alexei Karenin.
Knightley's choice of a floral gown played upon her English rose label, which is how she is widely regarded.
The 27-year-old accessorised her look with a modern on-trend metallic belt that defined her small waist. She opted for a messy pulled back hair style to show the detail on the back of the dress that went up to her hairline.
The brunette chose a nude lip and dark eye make-up combination, plus a sweep of rose coloured blusher accentuated the apple of her cheeks to pull the look together.
Knightley has spoken about her nerves playing such a highly regarded role.
However, she managed to hide any worries that may have been playing on her mind at the premiere of the movie.
"Playing Anna was absolutely terrifying," she revealed. "Because it is a role that has been played so many times and exercises a fascination over so many people."
