Auckland-based former Wellington businessman Malcolm Holmes has been named as Wellington Rugby's chief executive.
Holmes, aged 36, is the commercial manager for Carter Holt Harvey's tissue division.
He replaces David White, who started as chief executive officer of the Auckland Rugby Football Union last week after overseeing the huge growth of the Hurricanes and Wellington over the past four years.
