A former Big Brother star nearly lost his life after he and his girlfriend woke to a huge fire engulfing their house.
On Christmas Day, Heath Tournier's girlfriend's Mercedes Benz was torched and destroyed before the fire spread to his Torquay home causing more than $350,000 worth of damage.
Tournier told Daily Mail Australia he and his family nearly died after waking up to "six foot flames in the house".
"We could have been dead, it's not very fair. You work your a*** off every day then this happens."
The Big brother star managed to save his 18-month-old daughter from the flames before the trio escaped the inferno.
Tournier said he was told fire was started by sparklers inside milk bottles.
Everything inside the house was destroyed including Christmas presents.
"The house will have to be pulled down", he told Daily Mail Australia.
The TV star, who had previous links to bikies, said he is unsure if he was the victim of a targetted attack.
"I don't know ... I haven't p***ed anyone off or anything, it's pretty serious," he said.
Tournier previously shared a photo of a Gilbert Street property online in October saying there were 'exciting times ahead'.
"I hope they catch whoever did it," he said.
Police are investigating.
