Tickets for four Auckland shows by pop juggernaut Bruno Mars sold out in one hour this afternoon.
The pop superstar initially only released tickets for two shows at Spark Arena on February 27 and 28, but demand saw two more shows added for March 2 and 3.
Tickets went on sale at midday, and shortly after 1pm all general admission tickets had sold out.
With Spark Arena holding around 12,000 fans, that's a total of 48,000 tickets.
VIP tickets, costing up to $580, remain on sale for all four shows.
It proves Mars is one of pop's most in-demand stars, equalling a record set by Beyonce, who performed four shows in the same venue in 2013.
But he's not quite on the same level as Adele, who recently broke records by performing to more than 100,000 fans over three sold out shows at Mt Smart Stadium.
The 31-year-old will be playing in support of last year's third album, 24K Magic, including hit singles Versace on the Floor and That's What I like.
Supporting Mars is singer Dua Lipa, the winner of NME's Best New Artist Award.
