This is what it might look like if Quentin Tarantino made Suicide Squad

No, Quentin Tarantino is not making his own version of Suicide Squad, but if he were going to we have a pretty good idea of what it might look like.

The team at Loot Crate has released a trailer which teams up some of the best Tarantino characters for a new take on the DC anti-hero film releasing this Thursday.

In the parody, Tarantino (played by Eric Satterberg) is tasked with assembling a team to go head to head with the bad - well, even worse - guys in the sinister land of Germany.

The squad comprises Jewels Wingfield (Pulp Fiction), the Bride (Kill Bill), Django Freeman (Django Unchained), Gogo Yubari (Kill Bill ) and Lt. Aldo Raine (Inglourious Basterds), each with their own speciality, just like the Suicide Squad.

The editing brings in some of the feeling from the Suicide Squad trailer but through a distinct Tarantino lens.

You can check out and compare both trailers below:

*Warning: it's Tarantino inspired, so there's obviously a fair bit of gore which may offend some viewers.*
