TV3 has just announced The Block NZ will be making a comeback for season five this year.
Four teams, who are still to be announced, will face off in what's being touted as "the biggest Block transformation to date", as they set to work on 1980s townhouses.
Mark Richardson will return as the show's host, joined once again by Shelley Ferguson.

Richardson says the town houses are from 1987 and "patched together with old fashioned brick and plaster render".
"They'll need to be stripped back to the bare bones and completely re-imagined to make them desirable in today's competitive market," he says.
The upcoming season is to take place in the Auckland suburb of Meadowbank, where QV property records show that production company Eyeworks has bought 95-97 St Johns Rd.
Eyeworks, which makes the hit television series, is a subsidiary Warner Bros. which produces The Block for TV3.
Last season of The Block NZ, Villa Wars drew in more than 2.6 million viewers throughout the duration of the series while the on demand clips boasted more than 808,000 streams.
Both the team announcements and the show's air date for season five are "coming soon".
