Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement are set to play their first show together as Flight of the Conchords in more than three years.
The folk-comedy duo, known for their hit HBO show of the same name, willl perform at the Newport Folk Festival in July.
The Conchords will headline the festival's Friday night line-up, with Father John Misty, Ray Lamontagne and Raury also on the bill.
Their last performance together was at the Funny or Die Oddball Festival in 2013. They also performed for three nights at Auckland's Vector Arena in 2012.
Their TV show only ran for two seasons on HBO, but a movie has long been rumoured.
It was "definitely a couple of years away, at least", Clement told The Guardian in September last year.
"The idea that Bret and I have been talking about ... would be a musical that doesn't have that old-fashioned, 'musical' feel," Clement said.
Both have successful solo acting and performing careers, with McKenzie writing music for The Muppets movies, and Clement starring in a string of films including Men in Black 3, What We Do in the Shadows and People Places Things.
His next major role is as The Fleshlumpeater in The BFG.
