US actor Sylvester Stallone says a Creed sequel could reunite Stallone's character Rocky Balboa with his rival Apollo Creed.
The critically-acclaimed Creed follows Apollo's son Adonis who is trained by Rocky Balboa to be a boxer.
Although Apollo is deceased in the spin-off, Stallone said the sequel might take place both after the events of Creed and before 1985's Rocky IV.
"Ryan [Creed Director] has some ideas of going forward and backward and actually seeing Rocky and Apollo together," he told Variety.

As for whether Carl Weathers who portrayed Apollo in the Rocky films would reprise his role, Stallone said Weathers was still in top shape.
"I can't believe I got in the ring with him," he said."Even if it was play fighting."
Creed grossed $103 million at the US box office and $5 million in Australia.
