Talk show host Jimmy Fallon is having a bad year, with two accidents in three months.
After ripping open his hand up in a gruesome kitchen accident in June, the comedian has revealed his latest injury on Instagram.
Fallon shared a photo from a dentist's chair showing off a chipped tooth. Fallon says he did it while opening up a tube of gel to put on his hand injury.
"Chipped front tooth trying to open tube of scar tissue repair gel for recovering finger injury," he wrote, before thanking his dentist.
He promised his latest injury wouldn't prevent him from taping his late night chat show, The Tonight Show.
The accident follows his June 26 accident in his New York home, when he slipped on a rug and caught his wedding ring as he tried to break his fall.
"I tripped and fell in our kitchen on a braided rug that my wife loves," he said. "I can't wait to burn it to the ground."
His badly bent finger looking like a "horror movie," Fallon took a cab to an emergency room.
He was told what he thought was a broken finger was much more complicated, and was sent to another hospital.
He said he was told that many people with the same injury lose their finger.
The complicated surgery involved taking a vein from his foot to help repair the finger.
He spent 10 days in hospital.
