Production on the new James Bond movie Spectre has suffered another setback after a car chase failed to reach high speeds on the pothole-ridden streets of Rome.
Filming of the next installment of the superspy franchise has suffered a number of setbacks, including a ban on shooting near major landmarks in Rome and injuries which have affected the film's star, Daniel Craig.
Last week, an assistant director was also hurt on set in Austria.
The production hit a further snag when a car chase could not reach fast speeds due to the poor condition of the streets in the Italian capital.
The potholes meant that the custom-made Aston Martin DB10 Craig drives could not exceed 64 kilometres per hour.

According to Britain's The Times newspaper, producers paid for the roads used in the shoot to be repaired but the result was unsatisfactory and filmmakers were unable to achieve the desired speeds.
