Lightning crashes, spooky organs howling through dark mansions, shrieks of terror from young damsels with fangs nibbling at their necks - these are the sounds that come to mind when you think about old vampire horrors. Though, I'm sure that rather than terror, there will be shrieks of laughter when What We Do In The Shadows is unleashed upon New Zealand cinemas next week.

To celebrate we've culled together some of our favourite vampire tracks. From Dracula's Wedding by Outkast and Concrete Blonde's Bloodletting to Neil Young's Vampire Blues and Vampire Weekend - who knew there were so many bloody good vampire songs?

So move over Twilight, it's time for some real vampire fun.
