From the makers of The Kardashians - a show about one of those nice Jonas brothers and his wife.
Music had always been the mainstay of the squeaky-clean US boy band the Jonas Brothers until the eldest of the trio, Kevin, took a detour to do a reality television show.
Following a suggestion from Ryan Seacrest, whose self-titled company produces Keeping Up With The Kardashians and several spin-offs, Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle Deleasa agreed to Married to Jonas.
The first season of the life of a boy band member and his wife, and to some extent his two brothers, Nick and Joe, premieres on Sky TV channel E! tonight.
Kevin says opening up his life to a camera had not crossed his mind a couple of years ago when the brothers first took time off from touring, recording and singing to work on side projects.
Joe released a solo album and toured. Nick, who dated Delta Goodrem for 10 months, toured with Nick Jonas & the Administration and landed acting gigs on stage and screen.
In the meantime, Kevin had some tv hosting gigs and then Seacrest popped the question of a fly-on-the-wall reality series.
"We had a meeting with E! about a bunch of things, hosting and different things, and one thing led to another and Ryan Seacrest asked me if I would consider this [a reality show]," Kevin says.
"That conversation led to 'let's look into it a little more' and it took a week to think about it."
It was one thing for Kevin and Deleasa to say yes, but they also had to get their respective families to jump on board.
Unlike Seacrest's big hit Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the Jonas family members are clean-cut products and Disney Channel personalities.
Their reputations were intact and it was something they were not going to give up or damage through a reality television series.
"As a family we know where to draw the line," Kevin says. "You have to know with a show like this what you are getting yourself into. You have to tell yourself it's going to be fun, we are all going to work together and we will figure it out and hope for the best."
Being involved in a reality show served two purposes for Kevin Jonas - he could keep his foot in the entertainment industry and work with his wife of more than two years.
They've just completed the first series and Kevin says they couldn't be happier.
"It's been exciting and we had some fun and we have also grown as a couple for most of the part.
"We've learned a lot about each other and really grown together. It's overwhelming to me how much girls are responding to her."
As for the band, the Jonas Brothers have started touring again. They've just played in Asia and are heading to Europe next month.
