More people tuned in for a re-run of Two and a Half Men last night than the debut episode of The Ridges.
The fly-on-the-wall reality show starring socialite mother-and-daughter pair Sally and Jaime Ridge claimed 325,130 viewers, reported Throng.co.nz.
That's well below a re-run of an episode of Two and a Half Men on TV2 which claimed 382,080 viewers, and TV One's Fair Go, which won the timeslot with 624,000 viewers.
It's also under the first episode ratings of TV3's other reality show The GC, which claimed 380,000-odd viewers on its launch earlier this year.
But The Ridges' ratings could improve with online viewings, and 25,840 watched the show on the time-delayed channel TV3 Plus 1.
And TV3 said the show performed "extremely well" in the 25-54 age bracket, and in the 18-49 demographic. It was also the best performing show for TV3 on Wednesday night.
The show followed Sally and Jaime as they moved into a new house, found a mouse in their kitchen, dined at Ponsonby eatery SPQR and celebrated Colin Mathura-Jeffree's birthday party.
