Andrew Koenig, the actor who played Boner on the 80s sitcom Growing Pains, has been reported missing by his family.
Koenig, 41, was last seen a week ago in Vancouver, Canada, where he stayed with his friend, burlesque dancer Jenny Magenta.
The Vancouver Police Department said Koenig had been due to arrive in Los Angeles on February 14, People.com reported.
However he has still not returned to his home in Venice Beach, California.
Koenig's father Walter told People.com he received a note from his son on February 16 which had caused him to grow concerned about his whereabouts.
"He sounded despondent," Walter said, adding, "nobody has seen this [note] but my wife and I."
Friends of the former child star, including actress Alyssa Milano, have taken to Twitter asking anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to post tweets at #andrewkoenigmissing.
