Oscars profile: Frank Langella

Frank Langella is nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in Frost/Nixon, in which he portrays former president Richard Nixon at the time of his failed attempt to revive his career through a series of interviews with talk show host David Frost.

He is well known for his theatre work and was awarded a Tony for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play for Frost/Nixon in 2007. He also won a Sierra Award at the Las Vegas Film Critics Society Awards for Frost/Nixon (the film) and was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild award, Satellite award, Golden Globe and BAFTA award.
