Police believe a mother and her young daughter were killed at the Howick property where they were living. Two men appeared in Manukau District Court this morning charged over the deaths of Mubarak Yusef, more commonly known as Pakeeza Faizal, and her daughter Juwairiyah Kalim, also known as 'Jojo' after after human remains were discovered under the Takapuna overbridge. Ms Faizal and Jojo were killed in late December 2006 or early 2007, police said this morning.
