Balcony death accused Gable Tostee will seek release on bail at a court hearing tomorrow, his lawyer says.
Tostee, 28, was arrested and charged with murder in August after Lower Hutt woman Warriena Wright fell 14 floors to her death from his Surfers Paradise apartment.
The pair met through the Tinder dating app while Ms Wright, 26, was in Australia for a wedding. Tostee maintains he is innocent.
He has been remanded in custody since his arrest.
His lawyer Terry O'Gorman today confirmed a bail hearing would take place tomorrow at the Supreme Court in Brisbane.
"The matter is listed for a hearing tomorrow and we are ready to proceed."
Mr O'Gorman said he was unable to make any further comment about the case, as it was before the courts.
Tostee has replaced his legal team and is now represented by Robertson O'Gorman Solicitors.
A previous bail hearing in September was adjourned to allow for more information to be brought before the judge.
