Five new and fully-tenanted retail units ranging in size from 100-200sq m at 287 Oteha Valley Rd in Albany have been sold individually at auction for a total price of $6,968,000 by Mike Ryan, Ellie Martin, Euan Stratton and Jimmy O'Brien of Colliers International. Yields for the units, built by Wallace Developments, ranged from 4.6 to 5.1 per cent.
Silverdale office sale
A 283sq m office at 44 Silverdale Street, with two tenants, sold at auction for $1,475,000 on a 5.4 per cent yield through Barry Masefield & Graeme Perigo, Barfoot & Thompson.

At 8 Devon St, Waihi, 1510sq m of industrial land with a 490sq m purpose-built facility, comprising a funeral parlour and separate three-bedroom home, has been sold by Josh Smith of Bayleys Hamilton for $630,000 representing a 7.5 per cent yield.

A new 2272 sq m industrial premises on a freehold 3985sq m property in the Tauriko Business Estate at 47 Paerangi Place, Tauranga, has sold for $4.37 million by Simon Clark, Duncan Woodhouse and Doug Russell of Colliers International. This represented a yield of 5.7 per cent.
