Britain clashes over Euro treaty

European leaders vowed Friday to enforce budget discipline to tackle the debt crisis but failed to agree to German-French demands for an EU treaty change due to stiff resistance from Britain. Europe's big three, France, Germany and non-euro Britain, clashed at a summit over how to resolve the two-year crisis threatening to split the eurozone and undermine the European Union.
