Windflow Technology says it now expects to make a loss of $7.95 million in the year to June 30, which is wider than an earlier estimate of between $5 million and $6 million.
The company is providing more for the costs of remedial work arising from an agreement reached with customer NZ Windfarms, which settled a dispute between the two companies.
It has also reassessed its warranty cost requirements for the next five years.
