CDL Hotels today confirmed it had appointed BK Chiu as its managing director.
Mr Chiu was appointed for his international experience in marketing and building businesses, CDL said in a statement to the sharemarket.
He had a long association with New Zealand, and worked for a number of companies including Bank of New Zealand and Monsanto.
CDL shares were unchanged at 57c, having ranged between 41c and 67c in the past year.
