Who is Alice Mabin? She is the BEFA 2015 Asia Pacific Female Entrepreneur of The Year and Australia's Number 1 Rural Lifestyle Photographer.
She also has an award-winning book under her belt called The Drover.
Now she's back with a new book called The Driver: Australia and New Zealand on the back of a truck and she made time from her odyssey around New Zealand's North Island to have a chat to The Country's Jamie Mackay.
The Drover is a photographic record of 18,000 head of cattle walked thousands of kilometres across two Australian states during a severe drought. This amazing journey had not been undertaken in Australia for over 100 years and it took the farmer nine months.
Mabin is incredibly proud of The Drover and its success; but she's really excited about The Driver.
While her first book is about horses and cows, her next effort documents the lifestyle and the trucking industry in Australia and New Zealand.
She believes she has produced the "most accurate account of real-life trucking ever documented in Australia".
Mabin feels truckers get a bit of a raw deal in the media and need more positive recognition.
This is even though she found inspiration for The Driver after she was hit by a truck in her car!
