People only have a few hours left to have their say on how Tauranga City Council should spend ratepayers' money on over the next decade.
The month-long period for public consultation on the draft Long Term Plan 2018-28 closes at 4pm today for both postal and online submissions.
The council's manager of strategy and governance, Jacinda Lean, said the council had received nearly 2000 submissions so far.
The had arrived on paper and online, and more than 800 came directly through a Facebook submission form.
"We've also had more than 24,000 unique page views to the Long Term Plan pages on our website.
"While we haven't yet analysed the submissions, the two main issues people have commented on so far are the proposed kerbside waste and recycling collections, and our transport network."
The consultation period started on March 16.
You can make a submission via Tauranga City Council's website.
