The 2018 Winery Tour has been cancelled.
In a press statement, the organisers said due to unforeseen circumstances The Winery Tour which was due to be held at Wharepai Domain on February 10th has had to be cancelled.
"It is not possible to reschedule the tour and full ticket refunds will be available for all shows from the point of purchase and refunds would be processed immediately," the statement said.
The Bay of Plenty Times sought more information about the reason for the unexpected cancellation of the tour.
The Winery Tour publicist Janine Russell said there was no further comments she wanted to add to the previous cancellation announcement.
As it is not possible to reschedule the tour, full ticket refunds will be available for all shows from the point of purchase and will be processed immediately.
How ticketholders can obtain their refunds
TICKETMASTER SALES - Credit & Debit Card:
If booked online, over the phone, or at a Ticketmaster outlet with a credit card, no action is required. A full refund will be issued back to the same credit card. Give Ticketmaster up to 7 days to process your refund.
If your original card has expired or no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you'll need to phone Ticketmaster's Customer Service Team on 0800 111 999.
CASH & EFTPOS transactions:
If you bought your ticket/s at one of the Ticketmaster outlets, you'll need to return there with the ticket/s, and the same EFTPOS card used if applicable, to make the booking.

Return to the place of purchase to obtain your refund.
