Tauranga CBD will be taken over by all things bright as the popular Diwali Festival of Lights comes to the Bay for the first time.
Quarry Fest
Where: Te Puna Quarry Park, Quarry Rd
When: Sunday
Quarry Fest is held in November each year and features craft stalls, food stalls, and entertainment in the amphitheatre. This is the Quarry Park's main fund raiser for the year and is a popular family day out.
Fashion Fiesta For Women
When: Saturday, 9am to midday
Where: Historic Village, 17th Ave West

Cure Kids Masquerade Ball
When: Saturday, 7pm-1am
Where: Mauao Performing Arts Centre,
11 Totara St, Mount Maunganui
The Masquerade Ball is a social event created to raise funds for the charity Cure Kids - finding cures for life-threatening illnesses that affect many of our children. There will be live entertainment including an Arabian Dance. R18, tickets are $35 - phone 07 578 6300 or 07 577 1797.
Bay of Plenty Retirement Lifestyle & Travel Expo 2015
