Mount Maunganui College students (from left) Daniel Edwards, Nate Moore and Georgia Stewart will be taking part in tomorrow's Polar Bear Plunge.

The winter swim will be held in memory of Mount Maunganui boys Jed Roberts and Harrison Mundy who lost their battles to cancer.

Nate said hot Milos and sausages would be available at the event, which starts at 8am tomorrow at Omanu Surf Club.

The event is open to the public with a gold coin entry.

All proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia Foundation.
