All Blacks have blast at Mount

The All Blacks have been out and about making the most of Mount Maunganui's attractions in their down time - and loving it.

Dan Carter has been tweeting his way through the team's three-day training camp.

He was seen paddleboarding in the surf on Monday evening and later tweeted about the experience: "Good fun having a paddle with Tom Taylor & @samcane7 tonight".

All Blacks media manager Joe Locke said the team had been swimming in the sea and at the Mount Hot Pools as part of their recovery. They were also seen walking the beach and running up and around Mauao.

Coach Steve Hansen said they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. "The team really enjoyed the world-class facilities at the Mount including where we were staying at the Oceanside Twin Towers resort and training at Baypark."

The 38-man training squad will return for another three-day camp on Sunday.
