Emergency services are at the scene of two head on crashes in Tauranga.
Acting Senior Sergeant Wayne Hunter, head of Western Bay of Plenty police road policing, said staff were called to a head on crash on Crawford Rd near Bethlehem about 8.20 today.
"A car came around the corner on the wrong side of the road and had a head on with another car. It took the corner too fast," he said.
No one was injured and there was moderate damage to both cars.
Police and ambulance staff are also at the scene of a crash on the Maungatapu Bridge.
Mr Hunter said there appeared to have been another minor head on crash there at 8.45am today.
One man was being treated for whiplash.
