Accused balcony killer Gable Tostee is back on social media, posting an image of a cigar-smoking Arnold Schwarznegger with the words 'I'm back' underneath.
Tostee, 29, was released from prison on parole at the weekend after serving six months for a drunken high-speed chase in July 2014.
The incident happened a month before New Zealander Warriena Wright fell to her death from Tostee's Gold Coast balcony.
Tostee has been charged with her murder, and will be back in court next month for a hearing.
But the murder accused has wasted no time returning to social media, despite being banned from contacting women on Tinder and other dating sites.
He posted an image of veteran action star Arnold Schwarznegger, wearing a suit and smoking a cigar while sitting on a throne, with the words 'I'm back' in bold across it, according to the Courier Mail.
It is not believed to be in breach of his strict bail conditions.
Tostee and Ms Wright met on dating app Tinder last August, while Ms Wright was in Australia for a friends' wedding.
The self-proclaimed playboy invited her back to his 14th floor apartment for drinks.
But things took a nasty turn, police allege. They claim Ms Wright was fearing for her life when she attempted to climb down to a balcony below Tostee's, but slipped and fell to her death.
Audio of the evening's events, recorded on Tostee's phone, has been lodged as evidence, and appears to show Ms Wright and Tostee arguing and fighting, before she is locked out on the balcony.
Tostee denies murder.
He is on bail until his committal hearing on September 30, and is required to live with his parents.
