Power is being restored to a small pocket of Auckland's central business district after an isolated fault this morning.

Lines company Vector said the outage on one feeder had struck the Albert and Wyndham Streets area.

Vector external relations manager Sandy Hodge said workers had restored power to 300 customers by 12.49pm.

Another 245 customers were expected to have power restored by 1.30pm.
