Hastings barrister Sacha Maria Beacham has been fined $200 after an intoxicated New Year's eve incident in Napier last year.
She pleaded guilty to charges of obstructing and resisting arrest.
Beacham represented herself in court and opposed an in-court camera application but a judge granted permission for media to take photographs.
It is understood she has now relocated to Auckland.
Last year she was convicted for drink-driving for a third time and was fined $1200 and lost her licence for one year and one month.
